On the left hand side of the Dashboard you’ll see a tab called Drop Zones.
Drop Zones are a special type of folder that only Publicitymedia Administrators can create. A Drop Zone can be configured to allow Business Colleagues and Business partners to view, download, edit and upload material outside of your Content Library. These permissions are defined when you are adding a new Drop Zone by selecting the Network access.
This is a security feature that lets you collaborate with colleagues and share material without giving everyone access to your Content Library.
