File Storage Report

File Storage Report

This report allows Client Admins to browse through all of the files you have stored in the system on a folder by folder basis. The top level of this report shows ‘Content’, ‘Drop Zones’ and ‘Releases’, all of which you can click through to see all the files stored within each of them.

For each folder there two storage figures that are shown. The first figure is the total size of files within and beneath the current folder and ignores any duplicate files. The second figure (shown in brackets) is the total size of files within and beneath the current folder and includes duplicates. So, if duplicates exist within and beneath the current folder then the second figure should be larger. Note that the amount of storage used on your account (and used to set your monthly fee) will always be taken without duplicates and so will always be the lower of the two figures.

When you navigate down past the top level folders, you also have a helpful quick link option to ‘Go to this Folder’. At any point of viewing the results, you can download the results by using the ‘Export to Excel’ functionality.
